A cheerful charity all-dayer with all proceeds towards immunotherapy for my partner, which is not funded on the NHS and which she needs in order to have a chance of recovering from her Stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which she was diagnosed with in November 2015 and which has not responded to chemotherapy.

Scumface – Manchester-as-fuck shouty crap punk idiots. Songs galore, few of them over 30 seconds long, tackling the real issues facing millennials these days, such as kebabs, bricks, fighting, drinking and trams. Opened the festival at Download 2014. As you do.
Footprints In The Custard – A fun-loving pack of boozehounds who also happen to be the living embodiment of the phrase ‘Old enough to know better, young enough to do it anyway’. Oh and they headlined the New Blood stage at Bloodstock last year. Crude, gross and entirely inappropriate, with a high probability of male semi-nudity. You love it.
Oaf – Two men. One drum kit. One bass guitar. Punk rock with a dash of prog and a hint of wrong. A small man in a tweed suit. A large man in a King Diamond t-shirt. The unmistakable stench of bitterness and shame. The unmistakable sound of horridness and impotent rage. A slap-up dinner at the Raj Pavilion. A calamitous bath-ride down the hill of despair. A ghastly racket to raise the spirits. And then lower them again.
Anihilated – Scene legends, stalwart homegrown road dogs, uncompromising thrash pioneers with a career stretching back to metal’s 1980s golden age and a healthy lashing of hardcore punk fury mixed in, and all-round lovely chaps to boot. Please welcome Anihilated to Buckfest 2017!
