FAQs

Until 11pm, those over the age of 14 can come into Rebellion so long as those who are under the age of 16 are accompanied by a responsible adult. After 11pm it is strictly 18+ and ID may be required. However this varies on an event by event basis. Always check it before coming.

We have a cloakroom able to handle about 200 bags and coats so on a sold out show its advisable to get in the queue early. On quiet shows we don’t always open the cloakroom but place free coat racks near the bar instead.

We find lots of items left over after every gig and we endeavour to return them to their owner. However we DO NOT send items back via the post as we are a small team and are unable to offer this service. However you are more than welcome to come to collect your items. Please let us know if you have lost something. We keep items for a minimum of 2 weeks after which they may go to charity shops or clothing banks. Please email bar@rebellion.club

We have step-free access (Via the fire ramp on Bugle Street) to the venue for customers who may be mobility impaired and we offer a free carer ticket as standard to any show at Rebellion for accessible customers. We also have an accessible WC on site. We also offer an area side of stage where accessible customers can have some space and see the show. Due to ongoing issues with emergency Network Rail repairs, our corridor is currently at a reduced width (71cm). If your wheelchair, electric bed or magic carpet is wider than this, we can make arrangements on the night, please just ask a staff member.

For carers ticket you must purchase a ticket first, once you have purchased a ticket we can offer 1 carer ticket for each ticket bought (Unless your care ratio is 2:1). Please email info@rebellion.club to request a carers ticket.

Want to book a space in the accessible area? Please fill out this form at least 1 week before a show, please note spaces are given on a first-come-first-served-basis.
